Scans well... when it works. Ambir support involves more guessing than knowledge. Try this try that. Replaced more than once by Ambir. Last one never worked all the time. Ambir now says.. sorry... missed warranty by about two weeks. We have purchased another brand and put the Ambir in trash. Sad.
